Fax or Mail Reservations Payment Information Confirmations Changes Contact Information Cancellation Policy ![]() Online Reservations topWelcome to ISTE 2011's online housing reservation system. It features an interactive map and real-time inventory that allows you to see what rooms are currently available at each hotel, and gives you instant confirmation of your selection. Rooms at ISTE 2011 will go quickly, so be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible! Also, please thoroughly read our cancellation policy below. You may wish to look at the list of conference hotels and map before entering the online system; it allows you to compare amenities at the different hotels at a glance. ![]() Fax or Mail Reservations topYou may prefer to print out the Housing Form (PDF format) and fax or mail in your reservation. We do, however, encourage you to use the online system. Form processing is subject to standard delays related to handling U.S. mail, and the rooms you request may not be available when your form is received, in which case you will be placed in a hotel based on availability. Faxed or mailed housing forms requesting new reservations must be received at the Housing Bureau no later than May 19, 2011. Do not send housing forms with your conference registration. You may also view or print a copy of the Housing Brochure (PDF format) ![]() Payment Information topAll room reservations require a valid credit card with an expiration date of July 11 or after to process your reservation. Your credit card is required as a guarantee and may be charged in advance of your arrival. Your card will be charged if you cancel after the cancellation deadline or if you fail to show up on your expected arrival date. (Be sure to read the cancellation policy below). Should you wish to pay by check, please plan to hand-carry the check with you to the hotel and provide it at check-in. Do not send any check deposits to the housing bureau or the hotels prior to arrival. All charges are subject to a 15.2% state and room tax. Some hotels may also attach additional surcharges. Please verify these charges directly with the hotel upon receipt of your acknowledgment. All hotels will require a credit card or an approximated amount of cash for incidentals for the entire stay upon check-in. A note about phishing scams ![]() Confirmations topReservations made online will receive confirmations via e-mail within 24 hours, if a valid e-mail address has been provided.
