Onsite Services

Consent to Use Video and/or Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in ISTE meetings, conferences, and other activities, constitutes an agreement by the registrant allowing ISTE’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, websites, electronic reproductions, and audio of all events and activities. If you have questions about our policy, please inquire at ISTE Central.

Daily Shuttle Bus Service

Shuttle service is provided between a LIMITED number of official conference hotels and the SDCC. Hotels not listed as being on shuttle routes are within a 15-minute or less walk to the SDCC and do not have service. Approximate transit time from most hotels on shuttle routes will be 15–20 minutes. Attendees relying on shuttles should plan accordingly.

Daily shuttle schedules are detailed below, and fliers are available at the Transportation Desk in Lobby E. This schedule is subject to revision due to traffic, street closures, etc.

Service Between Hotels & SDCC

ADA Information

Motorized scooter and wheelchair rentals are available by contacting ScootAround, Inc., toll free at 1.888.441.7575 or at info@scootaround.com. Advance reservations are requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability. See ADA page for more information.

Baseball Tickets

Discounted tickets ($11.00 each) to Padres games on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon are available, until sold out, at the Registration area in Hall B2. If you purchased your tickets online via the conference registration form, your tickets will be available at the Padres Ticket Exchange Counter in the Registration Area. Pick up your badge sheet first, and exchange the tickets printed on it for your real tickets.
