Review these important mechanical requirements when developing advertisements for the Combined Program & Exhibit Guide as well as the ISTE Daily Leader.

The final trimmed page size is 7.875" wide x 10.625" high. Refer to the chart below for live image area.

The final trimmed page size is 9" wide x 13.75" high. Refer to the chart below for live image area.

Format
- Ads must be supplied as high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) PDF files.
- Ads are full color, process only (CMYK).
- Ads may be submitted digitally via email attachment, file-sharing service, or FTP upload.
- Bleed ads are available for Full and Half page advertisements in the Combined Final Program & Exhibit Guide only (please pay close attention to live area recommendations described above). There will be no bleed ads in the ISTE Daily Leader.
- A laserprint/photocopy must be submitted as a proof.
- Please carefully note the live image area specified above.
Color
All ads are to be specified as Process Color only. Spot (Pantone) colors should be matched using process color builds.
Ads not supplied as process builds will be returned for correction at the advertiser's expense.

Complete, sign, and send the order form, along with appropriate payment, no later than April 13, 2012 for the Combined Final Program & Exhibit Guide, or May 11, 2012 for the ISTE Daily Leader. Payment details and a mailing address may be found on the order form.
3.
Send artwork according to the mechanical requirements above no later than April 23, 2012 for the Combined Final Program & Exhibit Guide, or June 8, 2012 for the ISTE Daily Leader, to the contact information on the order form.
4.
Please note the following:
- All advertising costs are non-commissionable.
- Any deviations from specifications may compromise the quality of the advertisement and may result in increased costs.
- ISTE is not responsible for the quality of reproduction when specifications are not adhered to and reserves the right to alter materials received without approval that are at variance with mechanical requirements.
- Attention Conference Program & Exhibit Guide Advertisers! Submit advertisements by April 23, 2012 and avoid rush charges.
- Ads cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued.
- If artwork is submitted after deadline, advertiser accepts rush charges or placement in the Exhibit Guide Addendum (black and white only).
Listing Enhancements & Additional Listings top

Complete, sign, and send the
order form, along with appropriate payment, no later than April 13, 2012. Payment details and a mailing address may be found on the
order form.

Submit materials by April 23, 2012, following guidelines listed below.
Bold Company Name in Exhibit Indexes
Submit order form as directed.
Company Logo in Exhibitor Directory
Submit logo to . Logo must be submitted at a minimum of 300 dpi in either EPS or TIFF file format as full-color process build (CMYK).
Company Name Listed in Product Classifications Index
Submit a list of product classifications under which you would like your additional company name to appear in the printed Final Program & Exhibit Guide to . Please reference the
Interactive Exhibit Hall environment for a list of current and approved product classifications. Classifications not appearing in this list may be submitted for approval.
Limited Company Listing
Send full company contact details (company name, address, phone, fax, email, and web address) and name of exhibiting organization contracted directly with ISTE 2012 Exhibit Management to .
Full Company Listing
Send the same details as described above in ‘Limited Listing,’ plus a maximum 50-word description, to .
Online Interactive Exhibit Hall Advertisements top
1.
Complete, sign, and submit the
order form, along with appropriate payment, by August 1, 2011 for maximium online display time starting in August. Orders and materials may be submitted after August 1, however advertising rates will remain unchanged. Interactive Exhibit Hall Advertisements will remain live through July 2012. Please allow approximately one week after submission for materials to be posted to the Interactive Exhibit Hall environment.

Submit materials via email to following the guidelines listed below.
Logo Submission:
Logos must be submitted at a minimum of 300 dpi in either EPS or TIFF file format, converted to RGB color appropriate for online use. Please note color variations on the web are possible. We reserve the right to return advertisements that do not adhere to the mechanical requirements listed above.
Advertisement Submission:
Advertisements to be displayed in your company's booth rollover must be submitted at a minimum of 72 dpi JPG or GIF format, converted to RGB color. It must be a maximum size of 300px x 300px, and a minimum of 100px x 100px.
Streaming Video Submission:
Create video and post to YouTube. Email YouTube link to conf-exhibitorcomm@iste.org. Recommended length 1-2 minutes.
Exhibit Hall Raffle Coupon Book top
1.
Complete, sign, and submit the
order form, along with appropriate payment, by May 18, 2012.
2.
Please also email your 50-word description, to be printed on the front of the coupon, to by May 18, 2012.
